Software Engineer

B.S. in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in digital product management – product strategy, business use cases formulation, user experience design, scenario modeling, prototyping and simulations.

Highly adept with standard UX application design and development tools such as Microsoft Visio, Adobe Suite of design software and working knowledge of Javascript, and jQuery. Able to manage the entire product life cycle demonstrate strategic planning to tactical activities of products and services offerings. Ability to gather and translate project business needs into detailed technical specifications and requirements.

Able to work with cross product teams to resolve issues, reconcile multiple project timelines, resolve conflicting requirements and create cohesive technology roadmaps. Have a knowledge of current agile and team practices and bring the best to team processes.

Work with Technical Project team members to run and plan weekly design and development sprints Experience designing products for cross web and mobile experiences. As the product manager lead, to conceptualize products, provide technical guidance to various team members on the types of products that needed to be delivered, and guide them through the various stages of development right up to completion.

As the Product Development Manager, oversee and manage cloud applications development for big data analytics, artificial intelligence, process automation and data visualization in addition to measuring and analyzing existing as well as new product development to innovate and improve. Work in various capacities, including big data platforms and solutions architecture, strategic analysis, technology development, business agile process improvement, organizational strategy, social media engagement, computational social psychology.

Responsible for identification, definition and analysis of business opportunities and challenges related to the product, services offerings and platform utilization with the objective of formulating plans and recommendations to materialize synergies and improve product features. Provide detailed management for all active software projects (tasks, milestones and deadlines), assess targeted market opportunities and create competitive landscape reports to generate vision and strategy that culminate in a motivating narrative for development teams and stakeholders both internal and external. As the product manager lead, job is to conceptualize products, provide technical guidance to various team members on the types of products that needed to be delivered, and guide them through the various stages of development right up to completion.

Included in the teams are software engineers and architects, technical leads, and Quality Assurance professionals. Although all team members brought in rich experiences, to perform as the central resource to channel back and forth of the tech exercise that would result in a class product and/or service.
